Kosmotive

Increasing access to menstrual, maternal, and child health information and products
Kosmotive is a social enterprise dedicated to improving Reproductive, Maternal, and Child Health (RMCH) in Rwanda. Established in 2014 with a primary focus on improving Maternal and Child Health (MCH) in Rwanda, Kosmotive has since expanded its reach to encompass the broader RMCH spectrum.
Through a comprehensive brand ecosystem centered around menstrual, maternal, and child health, Kosmotive aims to support women who are most vulnerable to maternal mortality and morbidity. By leveraging its digital platform, Kosmotive provides access to essential health information and products necessary for safe pregnancy and childbirth. The company also offers online health interactions and produces a range of women’s health products tailored to meet the unique needs of its target demographic.
Kosmotive's impact in Rwanda
Kosmotive transforms lives through increased access to essential health resources and services in Rwanda. Through initiatives like Kosmos Magazine, the KosmoHealth App, and the Fashion Incubator, they empower marginalised women with vital information, eco-friendly products, and socio-economic opportunities. Their Kadablah collection supports breastfeeding and eco-friendly practices, while KosmoPads invests in girls’ education and environmental conservation. The KosmoHealth App provides pregnant women with mobile access to urgent care and healthcare services, ensuring comprehensive antenatal support.
