Pinky Promise
For too long, women in India have faced delayed diagnoses, stigma, and a lack of access to quality care, especially when it comes to sexual and reproductive health. Pinky Promise was created to transform that.

Timely healthcare for every woman, everywhere
Pinky Promise’s AI-powered platform provides instant, confidential, and judgement-free sexual and reproductive healthcare to women across the country. Care begins the moment a user describes her symptoms on the Pinky Promise app. A 24/7 AI chatbot listens, asks clinically relevant questions, and analyses the symptoms to suggest a potential diagnosis and treatment. A licensed Pinky Promise gynecologist then reviews the case, adjusts the prescription if needed, and sends it to the patient, all within minutes. The doctor and patient remain connected through a real-time chat system, offering continuous, personalised care throughout the recovery journey.
Harnessing AI to deliver human-centred healthcare
Since its launch, Pinky Promise has completed over 20,000 AI assisted consultations and surpassed 150,000 downloads, becoming India’s fastest-growing women’s health app. Nearly 200,000 women, many from low-income regions, have already benefited from its care.
Every feature of the platform has been shaped by direct feedback from over 50,000 women. Their insights fuelled rapid product development, led by a lean tech team that wrote more than 30,000 lines of code in just two months to bring the platform to life.
At the heart of Pinky Promise is their custom AI infrastructure built using over 250+ top medical protocols and primary data, that is biased toward the care outcomes of women. This technology serves as a co-pilot for Doctors, enabling them to provide robust and emphatic care at scale. This technology allows a small medical team to deliver high-quality, personalised care at scale while preserving the warmth, empathy, and nuance every woman deserves.

Pinky Promise is an AI-powered digital clinic that offers instant, confidential, and affordable sexual and reproductive health care for women in India.
