Meet the finalists of the Bayer Foundation Women Entrepreneurs Award 2026!
In partnership with Impact Hub Network, we launched a global search for women entrepreneurs driving sustainable innovation in health and food security. These are the 30 finalists from Africa and the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America building solutions that respond to urgent challenges of these critical sectors.
Across three continents, these women are building solutions rooted in the communities they serve. They are responsive to the realities on the ground, and determined to grow what works into something that lasts.
The Bayer Foundation Women Entrepreneurs Award exists to recognise and support exactly this kind of leadership. Their work is already reshaping how communities access health and food. This programme helps them go further.

What’s next?
In July, we’ll announce 15 winners who will begin a six-month journey designed to amplify their impact and scale their ventures. Each winner receives a €25,000 cash prize to expand operations and deepen community engagement.
Alongside the funding, they join an Accelerator Programme built around investor readiness, with personalised mentorship from industry leaders who understand what it takes to grow a purpose-driven business.
As part of the Bayer Foundation and Impact Hub ecosystems, they will connect with a global network of innovators and collaborators. The journey culminates in a sponsored trip to Amsterdam for the award ceremony from 26 to 30 October, where winners will celebrate the impact they have created and the possibilities still ahead.
This is a programme designed for the long term. It gives changemakers the tools, networks, and space to shape a more sustainable and impactful future, and to keep building long after the programme ends.
