Meet the Bayer Foundation Women Entrepreneurs Award 2026 Winners
We are thrilled to announce our 15 remarkable winners for the Bayer Foundation Women Entrepreneurs Award, from Africa and the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.
In partnership with the Impact Hub Network, 15 women entrepreneurs from Africa and the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Latin America have been selected as winners of the Bayer Foundation Women Entrepreneurs Award 2026.
Chosen from a competitive pool of 1,172 applicants, these 15 winners are building innovative ventures that address some of the most pressing challenges in global health and food security. Following a rigorous Pitching Day, an independent jury selected five awardees from each region based on their vision, innovation, impact potential, and commitment to solutions that uplift communities.
Each winner receives a €25,000 cash prize to expand their operations, alongside a six-month Accelerator Programme focused on investor readiness and personalised mentorship from industry leaders. Through the Bayer Foundation and Impact Hub Network ecosystems, winners will also connect with a global community of innovators and changemakers working across sectors.
Their journey will culminate in a sponsored trip to Amsterdam for the award ceremony taking place from 26-30 October, where they will celebrate their achievements and the impact they’ve created.
This award is a testament to these outstanding women leaders and the scalable social business models they are building to meet urgent global needs.
